Thermal Grizzly brand thermal conductive sheet with applicator- an easy way to apply a thin layer of thermal compound. Can be used on BOTH CPU's and GPU's.

This is the PhaseSheet PTM, by Thermal Grizzly- this pad uses a phase change material (PCM), solid at room temperature, making it easy to apply- then softens during operation, allowing effective thermal conduction, dissipating heat like a thermal paste. PhaseSheet PTM is electrically non-conductive and can therefore be used in many areas, with the primary application being in processors and graphics chips.
