We understand that items are sometimes damaged in shipping or defective upon arrival. Our customer-friendly return policy provides a 14 day window to handle such problems with care. Send us an email to service@laptopparts.ca and  a customer service representative will assist you to resolve this issue.

THINGS TO KNOW...

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.  Part must be in it's original condition.  
• If you are unsure whether you're ordering the correct part, please contact us by email ( service@laptopparts.ca )  prior to completing your order.
• Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. We can supply a Canada Post return label which will be deducted from your refund ($19.99 + tax). 
• Part will be refunded minus shipping & handling fees(Standard mail $5.99, Expedited $9.99)
• Restocking fees will be assessed. (10% for parts up to $39.99, 20% for parts $40 & more)
