Return Policy


We understand that items are sometimes damaged in shipping or defective upon arrival. Our customer-friendly return policy provides a 14 day window to handle such problems with care. Send us an email to and  a customer service representative will assist you to resolve this issue.


  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.  Part must be in it's original condition.  Order will be refunded (minus shipping) once part has been received and inspected.
  • If you are unsure whether you're ordering the correct part, please contact us by email ( )  prior to completing your order.
  • Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. We can supply a Canada Post return label which will be deducted from your refund ($14.99 + tax). 
  • Merchant fees incurred at the original time of sale, along with a 20% restocking fee may be assessed.
