We understand that items are sometimes damaged in shipping or defective upon arrival. Our customer-friendly return policy provides a 14 day window to handle such problems with care. Send us an email to service@laptopparts.ca and a customer service representative will assist you to resolve this issue.
THINGS TO KNOW...
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Part must be in it's original condition.
- If you are unsure whether you're ordering the correct part, please contact us by email ( service@laptopparts.ca ) prior to completing your order.
- Return shipping for damaged or defective Parts is at the expense/paid by LaptopParts.ca. If a part is received damaged, please retain the packaging to prove it was damaged in transit.
- Return shipping for wrong/unwanted product ordered is at the expense of the customer. We can supply a Canada Post return label which will be deducted from your refund ($19.99 + tax).
- Wrong product ordered or unwanted parts returned for refund are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the sale price. Minimum $10.00. RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization required.
- All or any related shipping costs/fees paid are not refundable.
