This is a genuine Dell OEM CPU Heatsink Assembly for the Dell XPS 15 (9570) and Precision 5530 Laptops with the Integrated Intel Graphics (UMA).

The XPS 9570 and Precision 5530 laptops were shipped with different screw hole layouts for the heatsink mounting screws.
Be sure to match the screw hole layout of your motherboard when replacing the heatsink for your 9570 or 5530 laptop.
