You can tell if your Roomba battery is bad if it no longer holds a charge, runs for a much shorter time than usual, or won't turn on at all even after charging. Additionally, if the battery indicator light shows an error or flashes red, it may indicate a battery problem. If these issues persist after resetting or cleaning the contacts, the battery likely needs replacing.
