You can tell your Roomba needs a new battery if it runs for a much shorter time than usual, doesn’t fully charge, or won’t turn on even after charging. You may also see a red battery light or hear error messages about the battery. If these issues persist after cleaning the contacts and resetting the Roomba, it’s likely time for a new battery.
