For most everyday tasks and gaming, 64GB of RAM is more than necessary—16GB or 32GB is usually sufficient. However, 64GB can be beneficial for professionals working with heavy video editing, 3D rendering, large datasets, or running multiple virtual machines. Unless you have specific high-end workloads, you likely won't see much benefit from 64GB RAM.
