To find your MacBook Air battery model number, click the Apple logo, select "About This Mac," then "System Report," and choose "Power" from the sidebar; the battery information, including the model number, will be listed there. Alternatively, you can check the physical battery inside the MacBook Air if you are comfortable opening the device.
