In general, you cannot charge an ASUS laptop with a standard phone charger because most laptops require more power than a typical phone charger can provide. However, if your ASUS laptop supports USB-C charging and your phone charger is a USB-C charger with sufficient power output (usually at least 45W or more), it might be possible to charge the laptop, albeit slowly. Always check your laptop's specifications and the charger's output before attempting this.
