To run Dell battery diagnostics, restart your computer and press F12 when the Dell logo appears to access the Boot Menu. Select "Diagnostics" from the list and follow the on-screen instructions to test the battery. Alternatively, you can use the Dell SupportAssist application to run a battery health check directly from your operating system.
